Each of our spin images (360 photos) come with 24 frames standard which creates a smooth rotation image. however, you can order 16 or 48 frames as well. please note: Going with 48 images while the rotation of your spin image will be smoother, The360-degree images on your pages will take a longer time to load and spin plus, it makes your website heavy and slow to load too. We think 16 or 24 frames for each spin image is the best.

Even with extensive product preparation and custom lighting setups for each product, there will often be the need for basic retouching to remove product flaws, dust, marks, or to adjust a reflection. Most products only require basic retouching which we do free of charge ( Regular post-production includes color-proofing, contrast, and level correction, sharpening, basic cleaning minor dust, scratches ). For products that need more extensive retouching work, we also offer advanced retouching services for an additional charge to straighten crooked labels, fix packaging flaws, or any other custom retouching need. If we feel your products would benefit from additional retouching we will contact you for approval and If want to we will provide you with an estimate.
All products are shot using high-resolution professional grade digital photography equipment and will be delivered to you web-ready in 72 resolution JPG format. If the 300 resolution print optimized phots needed, they must be purchased in a set based on $2.50 per photo. These files will be large enough for virtually all print mediums and advertising formats.
When your photo shoot is completed, we will email you a link to a private online proofing gallery for you to review your360 product photos in GIF Format. Once approved we will email you a link to download your final images free of charge.
Usually, we do not charge extra for group images up to 2 items unless arranging the items is complicated and time-consuming. Oversized items ( Items over 20 inches on each side) are excluded. If you have oversized items please call us for details and pricing.
For your 360 images, we provide a pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), Gray background (By default the gray background color will be adjusted to RGB 230,230,230. (If you need a specific shade of gray to match the color of your website, you have the option to specify the RGB of it when you filling out the order form.) and pure black background (RGB 0,0,0) that will blend seamlessly with any white or black page in print or web. Many studios charge extra for customized shade of gray background or pure black background. BUT NOT US!
As soon as your product arrives we carefully unpack and inspect each item. All items are then prepared to be photographed by using lint & dust removing clothes, special anti-static brushes, and compressed air. Clothing is ironed or steamed, and lint is removed. For delicate items, we use a special polishing cloth to ensure each one of your products looks their best. Once the shoot is complete we carefully pack up each item for return or donation if that’s what you requested.
Each spin image will be created from a series of photographs. we use 24 frames standard. More frames we go with the smoother rotation we achieve. However, more frames make your spin image and your web pages heavier and slow to load. We think 24 frames are good enough to create a smooth and relatively lightweight spin image but you have the option to choose 16 frames as well. If you have many spin photos on one page, going with 16 frames would be a good idea since your web pages and 360 images will load much faster but the rotation will be less smooth. In addition to 360 rotation view of your products, you may need additional images showing the top and bottom of your product. each extra view will add a charge of $30 to the cost of your order. This cost may vary depending on the volume of your order and the size of the items.
Adding HOTSPOTS is a great way to show and explain the details of your product. a variety of interactive hotspots and call-outs can transform any product image into an engaging multi-dimensional demonstration or a product tour. You can have as many hotspots as you need. Adding each hot spot will add $15 to the price of your 360 view image.
Products over 20″x20″ are considered oversized. depending on the kind of product you need to be photographed, the price of our 360 photography service may vary. please contact us for inquiry.

Generally, we deliver images in square dimensions. The standard format we deliver the 360 images to you will be the standard 72 DPI web-optimized in JPG format. Please note; By default, all 360 images will be delivered to you in 72 DPI-JPG formats and that’s the standard for 360 view images. you can request to receive an additional set of all your images in 300 DPI Print optimized JPG or TIF format and specific image size as well for an additional charge.
Per your choice, we go with standard 16 or 24 frames to create your spin images which will create a relatively smooth rotation image. You have the option to order 48 frames as well. we do not recommend this if you have too many spin photos on your page since it will make your spin images and your web pages heavy and it may slow down your load time, However, if you order 48 frames package the price will be increased. A minimum charge of $90 will be added to the price of each 360 image.
Price may increase per each spin image depending on the time we must spend on photographing and retouching. We will provide you with an estimated cost, upon receiving and inspecting the item.
